We aim to wrap things up in under a month, though timelines vary depending on role complexity and team availability. If you have time constraints or other offers in play, let your TA partner know upfront - we'll do our best to accommodate.
Yes, please submit your CV in English. It helps us evaluate your background and keep things consistent across our international team.
We’ll still review your application. But honestly? Candidates who put effort into the application questions usually stand out.
Yes. Timing matters. If you feel stronger this time - new skills, more experience, or just a better fit - apply again.
Our team is based in Paris and Linz (easily accessible from Vienna), and we work in a hybrid model. While we prioritize these two locations, we may consider exceptional candidates elsewhere in Europe.

We understand the value of ongoing research relationships and support our team members in continuing productive partnerships with their former institutions. We simply ask that you discuss any ongoing commitments during the interview process so we can ensure alignment with your role at Emmi AI and address any potential conflicts of interest transparently.
This depends on the topic and supervision load, which we can discuss case by case. Many of our team members continue supervising students while working at Emmi AI.
Unless stated otherwise, most of our roles are designed as full-time positions due to the collaborative nature of our projects and client commitments. We're open to part-time arrangements in certain cases - it really depends on the role and situation.
